Resiblocked Drive One Year After Sealing
Below are a series of photographs showing a section of a block paved drive in differing stages as labelled. This shows how effective the process as a whole can be, offering a great long term, low maintenance solution to weeds, algae, moss and ants nests.
A section of a block paved drive in Spring 2011 showing typical problems associated with this type of surface. Weeds, moss, algae and ants nests proliferated the surface making it an eyesore and an absolute pain to maintain.
The customer gave the Drive-Reviver a call and after a free no obligation quotation was provided and accepted I began the revival process.
The same section of block paving after a thorough clean with a 3000psi industrial pressure washer. The surface has had fresh kiln dried silica sand brushed into all joints then sealed with two coats of Resiblock polyurethane sealer. I am sure you will agree the surface looks brand new.
Once again the same section of block paving, this time photographed one year after the revival process. The surface is dirty after the inclement winter weather and all the grit, filthy snow from car wheel arches, and general dirt accumulated over a typical 12 month period.
Note however that there are no weeds, moss, algae or ants nests present. This is because the sand in the joints is still rock hard after the Resiblock application, and seeds, spores etc have been unable to penetrate the surface and take hold.
After a 30 minute power wash the whole 40m2 surface was clean once again.
Imagine just having to spend approx 30 minutes per 40m2 every year to keep your block paved drive in tip top condition. You can now get comfy, put your feet up and watch your neighbour spend a whole day and more trying to bring his block paving back to life.
This customer had taken advantage of my drive maintenance offer following the initial Resiblock sealing. For only £1m2 I will call back every 12 months and clean the surface meaning you don't have to!
