Most homeowners like to have their patios looking their best as they may spend a lot of time sitting outside in warmer weather. Keeping a porous patio surfaces free from weed and algae growth is often a constant battle for homeowners, and if a patio is left for any length of time without maintenance it can start to look very unsightly and worse still can become slippery underfoot.

We try to avoid the use of chemicals, but this may be necessary, if the patio is in really poor condition. To clean a patio, we use high pressure cold water pumped through at over 3000psi to our Mosmatic rotary surface cleaner. This is normally sufficient to clean off any surface dirt, weeds and algae from the patio, returning your surface to how it appeared when first installed. Then as an optional added extra the surface can be sealed to protect and beautify the patio. This works especially well on natural stone products, ensuring that the natural warmth and beauty of the stone stays brighter for longer. It repels dirt rather than soaks it in.
