Graffiti Removal
It
doesn't seem to matter where you look these days, graffiti is sadly a part of
our everyday lives, and while some of it may be quite artistic - Unless it's a 'Banksy' original, all other graffiti is
unwanted and unsightly.
Our services include the capability to remove graffiti from walls, floors and
windows etc.
Our aim is to try and remove graffiti without use of chemicals, however on
occasion this is unavoidable. When we do have to use chemicals they are used paying due consideration to the relevant COSHH data sheets, which are underpinned with strict risk assessments in line with our company Health and Safety policy.
All our personnel use full personal protective equipment, and take all necessary
precautions to minimise risk to themselves, the public, and the
environment.
Graffiti Removal F.A.Q.
How is graffiti removed?
- First of all we would identify the paint/dye
used in the graffiti attack and assess the underlying surface. This enables us
to ensure the best removal method and graffiti removal products are selected
for the task at hand.
- The second step is to conduct a small test
patch on the effected property to ensure there is no possibility of any further
damage as result of the graffiti removal process.
- When we are satisfied with the results, a
layer of environmentally safe graffiti removal solution is applied directly to
the graffiti paint. This is left for a few minutes. It is often necessary to
then apply a further layer of graffiti removal solution, working well into the
paint.
- Pressured water is then used to wash off the
graffiti and removal solution from the surface.
How much will it cost?
Our minimum charge for graffiti removal is
£50, but other than this, we calculate our charges as follows;
1-9 square metre of graffiti removal - £25 per
square metre.
10 + square metre of graffiti removal £20 per
square metre.
Discounts are applied to large areas of graffiti removal, and regular customers.
